Bio:

Mr. Nissenbaum joined PA Early Stage in 1998. He developed his financial and analytical skills as a co-founder and Vice President of Quaker State Mortgage Corporation. Quaker State Mortgage Corporation is a commercial mortgage banking operation that provides debt restructuring and financing for distressed commercial properties throughout the US. During his tenure, the company achieved annual growth rates of over 100 percent.

While building the operations for Quaker State, Mr. Nissenbaum served as an adjunct faculty member in the Management Information Systems department of St. Joseph's University, focusing on business software applications. His responsibilities included instruction of five sections of undergraduates and continuing education students using software applications for business.

Mr. Nissenbaum graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Finance and a Minor in Economics, and received his MBA in Finance from St. Joseph's University. He was named one of PhillyTech Magazine's "30 under 30 to Watch in 2000," and named in the Philadelphia Business Journal's "40 under 40 to Watch in 2001." Mr. Nissenbaum is currently on the Boards of Directors of Mobility Technologies, EZ Prints, and Fortera, and is an observer to the Boards of Directors of eDuction, RenuitNow, and Haley Enterprise. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group and as a mentor and judge for the Wharton, Drexel, and Temple Venture Fairs.
